Melissa Etheridge (the modern day Janis Joplin) will be rocking out in Atlantic City. This fearlessly talented female musician, known for such hits as "Come to My Window," "I'm the Only One," "Breathe," "The Weakness in Me," and many other countless musical masterpieces, has made her mark in the world of rock from 1988 to the present day. Born in Leavenworth, Kansas, Etheridge received her first guitar at age 8, and wrote her first song at age 10. She left the comforts of her small mid-western life to pursue her love for music and make it her life's work. Her journeys have also included activism, advocacy for gay rights, lesbianism, love, desire, pain, heartbreak, cancer, and a fearless will to recover and live on.

Cheech and Chong have been a dynamic duo of pot humor since the 1970's. Having attained cult status amongst marijuana enthusiasts, their comedy routines have been in huge demand since they first started them ages ago. Consisting of Cheech Marin and Tommy Chong, their alter egos are ones that teeter on the brink of ridiculousness. Based of the ideas from the 1960's of mind expansion through recreational substance abuse, the influence they have made on today's comedy is undeniable. In addition to the films that were produced featuring Cheech and Chong, were a series of musical albums that featured a whole array of musical guests that collaborated on songs about sex and abundant drug use. Pavlik (35-1, 31 KOs), who holds the WBC and WBO middleweight belts, has not fought since scoring a 10th-round TKO over Marco Antonio Rubio in February at the Covelli Centre.  He will shake off the rust and go after a formidable opponent in Atlantic City at Boardwalk Hall.

Actor, stand-up comedian, and country music singer Rodney Carrington will be performing live at Resorts Atlantic City – Superstar Theater on July 17th, 2010 at 8 PM.   Rodney Carrington began his career studying theater at Kilgore College in Kilgore, Texas, and performing stand up routines at area venues. After quickly gaining a local fan base, as well as performing some of his comedy routines and songs on radio programs, Carrington released his first studio album, Hangin’ With Rodney, in 1998. This album contains one of his best known and most requested songs, Letter to My Penis. Carrington has since released six more studio albums, a live album, has starred in his own television sitcom, Rodney, and appeared alongside Toby Keith in the film Beer for My Horses. The Fray live in Atlantic City at the Borgata with G. Love and Special Sauce in April for one of only two concerts The Fray has announced in the near future. After their debut album How to Save a Live was released in 2005, The Fray has become one of the biggest bands in the country. This Grammy-nominated album was followed by another, their sophomore self-titled album that was released just last year. The Fray's piano-rock style, honest lyrics, and Isaac Slade's voice which makes you feel the emotion of his songs have captivated fans and led to sold-out concerts everywhere. Joing The Fray on stage as the supporting band will be Philadelphia's own G. Love & Special Sauce. You can sing along with G. Love live as he performs his hit songs "Cold Beverages" and "Rodeo Clowns." Don't miss out on this amazing concert which is sure to be one of the biggest of 2010!
