Michael McDonald last year toured with Donald Fagen and Bozz Scaggs, this year he'll entertain us solo!
The Tour is an outgrowth of all three men's involvement in the New York Rock and Soul Revue, which was produced by Fagen's wife, Libby Titus, and went on the road in 1992 and, as a by-product, led Fagen and Walter Becker to reactivate Steely Dan. Fagen tells Billboard.com "we decided it needed a new name" in this incarnation, though the musical premise will remain the same, mixing their own material with favorite R&B and blues songs. Aerosmith is an American hard rock band from 1970's. Aerosmith got is going when were signed to Columbia Records in 1972, and released a string of multi-platinum albums, beginning with their 1973 eponymous debut album, followed by their 1974 album Get Your Wings. In 1975, the band broke into the mainstream with the album Toys in the Attic, and their 1976 follow-up Rocks cemented their status as hard rock superstars. By the end of the 1970s, they were among the most popular hard rock bands in the world and developed a loyal following of fans, often referred to as the "Blue Army". However, drug addiction and internal conflict took their toll on the band, which resulted in the departures of Perry and Whitford, in 1979 and 1981 respectively. They were replaced by Jimmy Crespo and Rick Dufay.The band did not fare well between 1980 and 1984, releasing a lone album, Rock in a Hard Place, which went gold but failed to match their previous successes. Did you know Bill Cosby was really William Henry "Bill" Cosby, Jr. born July 12, 1937? Bill Cosby is a comedian, actor, author, television producer, educator, musician and activist. A legendary veteran stand-up comic that uses his charm, witt and physical comedy to wow audiences. Bill Cosby starred in his own series, the situation comedy The Bill Cosby Show, in 1969. He was one of the major characters on the children's television series The Electric Company for its first two seasons, and created the humorous educational cartoon series Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids, about a group of young friends growing up in the city. Cosby has also acted in a number of films. During the 1980s, Cosby produced and starred in what is considered to be one of the decade's defining sitcoms, The Cosby Show, which aired eight seasons from 1984 to 1992. The sitcom highlighted the experiences and growth of an upper-middle-class African-American family. He also produced the spin-off sitcom A Different World, which became second to The Cosby Show in ratings. He starred in the sitcom Cosby from 1996 to 2000 and hosted Kids Say the Darndest Things for two seasons. He has been a sought-after spokesman, and has endorsed a number of products, including Jell-O pudding, Kodak film, Ford, Texas Instruments, and Coca-Cola, including New Coke.
