Melissa Etheridge (the modern day Janis Joplin) will be rocking out in Atlantic City. Robby Krieger Performing Live at The Hilton in Atlantic City!
Robert Alan Krieger also known as Robby is famously known as one the the members of the rock band "The Doors". He began teaching himself guitar at the an early age and took guitar lessons when he was 18. While attending UCLA he meant Ray Manzarek who would later become the keyboardist for the Doors. Krieger is also known for his songwriting talent and while he was with the Doors wrote many of the top hits like "Love Me Two Times", "Light My Fire" and "Love Her Madly".
After the death of Jim Morrison the other member continued to perform and write songs until they split up in 1973.
In 2002 Krieger teamed up with former Doors band member and vocalist Ian Astbury along with other known musicians and called themselves the" Doors of the 21st Century". After disputes over the name it was changed to Riders on the Storm.

Jeff Beck in Atlantic City on June 5, 2010 at the Borgata
Jeff Beck, a true guitar legend and powerful lead guitarist in rock, will be performing in Atlantic City, NJ this summer. Before the fame, Jeff Beck attended Wimbledon Art College in London and backed Lord Sutch. He later joined the Yardbirds in 1966 and was featured on many of the group’s big hits. In 1967, he formed the Jeff Beck Group which included Rod Stewart, Ronnie Wood, Nicky Hopkins, and Mickey Waller. The group produced two highly acclaimed albums that reached the top of the Billboard charts.
In October of 1974, Beck began his solo career and recorded the album, “Blow by Blow”. This successful album reached #4 on the charts. In the 1980s and 1990s, Jeff Beck was featured on numerous hit albums. Today, he still records and performs regularly.
He will be performing on June 5, 2010 in Atlantic City, NJ at Borgata Music Box at 9pm.
